What We Do
We work by appointment, so walk-ins are discouraged. Sending us a resume is a great idea, but we will still need to schedule an appointment for you. And appointments can sometimes be weeks out, so don’t wait until the last minute. If you know that you will be experiencing an employment status change, give us a call and shoot over your resume now. But be sure to allow at least two hours for your appointment. Yes, there are forms to be filled out, papers to sign, documents to verify and everyone gets interviewed.
And we test everyone, for every skill set you claim. Everyone types 70 words per minute, until tested. If you are a Java script programmer, or a senior auditor, we will test you. And we will often share your test results with our customers to allay any doubts or reservations prior to beginning an assignment. We try to give folks some advance notice of an assignment, a day or two, but that is not always possible. So once you are tested and interviewed, your records are placed in a sophisticated computerized system for matching people and jobs. Then you, and we, wait for the call from a customer requesting a skill and experience set that matches yours. And if you want to be at the front of the line when that call does come in, then you need to check in with us every day to let us know you’re available. If you don’t, we will assume you are not available and we won’t call you.

Everything we do is customer driven. They set the standards, the rules, the performance measures. Our job is to help them find people who can consistently and reliably meet those performance expectations.
