Summary

Peak Performers is a Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) performing services on contracts held by WorkQuest, formerly TIBH. State agencies are required to use the 962-M3 to procure temporary staffing services. Other public sector entities in Texas may use this contract as well, including:

Summary

As WorkQuest’s designated CRP providing IT staffing services, Peak Performers staffs statewide under the Department of Information Resources’ “Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract” (ITSAC). State agencies are required to use DIR’s ITSAC program to purchase temporary IT staffing services. Under the ITSAC, WorkQuest receives all ITSAC solicitations issued by state agencies. Other public sector entities in Texas frequently using this contract include:
