We hire people based on their skills and availability, with preference given to people who have a disability or chronic medical condition. All candidates must possess the skills necessary to perform the work.
Our prices are set by our contracts with our clients. Your wage will be discussed with you at the start of your assignment and will remain the same throughout the term of your job assignment.
We offer major medical, dental, and vision insurance to all of our employees. We pay the majority of your individual premium, ensuring you have affordable access to insurance. Other perks include an employee assistance program (EAP), Employee of the Month recognition, referral/retention bonuses, and a 403(b) retirement program.
Safe Working Conditions
All of our jobs are located in facilities that comply with ADA guidelines.
We pay weekly via direct deposit or Visa debit pay cards — your choice.
