Our Impact
Peak Performers was founded in 1994 as a nonprofit whose mission is to help people with disabilities and chronic medical conditions find professional jobs. Since our inception, we’ve been staffing public sector agencies in Texas with office professional, accounting and finance, and information technology professional positions. Peak has been a long-trusted public sector staffing partner filling temporary, direct hire, and executive search positions. Our clients include state agencies, counties, cities, and higher education. We service over 60 public sector clients each year and help hundreds of people find meaningful work.
