Timecard Help
To fill out your timecard, you will have to log in on our software called “Avionte”.
Payroll is processed weekly, and you will be paid the Friday following the week that you submit your timesheet. That means that you won’t get paid your first week – your first week payment will be paid on Friday your second week, your second week will be paid on the third week etc.
Access and fill out your timecard
- Please use Google Chrome or Safari as your browser as Avionte is not supported by Internet Explorer
- Click on the button below
Access your timecard
- Your will then get to the sign-in page
- Use your personal email address for your username, enter your password, and then click on the ”Login” button
- Click on “timesheets” at the top (1)
- Click on the “View Timesheet” button (2)

- Enter your hours daily and submit your weekly time sheets as you end your work week (in most cases on Fridays)
- In the first box (yellow on the screenshot below), enter the time you are beginning your work day, even if it’s in the afternoon.
- The second and third boxes (pink on the screenshot below), Break Start and Break End, are for your Lunch Break. If you are not taking a lunch period, please skip these boxes.
- In the final box (blue on the screenshot below), enter the time you are ending your work day.
- Each time you log in and enter details, be sure to hit Save Timesheet (blue button).


On Friday, or whenever you conclude your workweek, choose Save & Submit Timesheet (green button). If you are not working at all during the week, simply select Submit Zero Hours (red button).
- Be mindful of the running totals as you enter hours. Additionally, be sure you’re entering AM and PM correctly.
- Unless specifically authorized, your total hours should never exceed 40 hours/week.

- Check your email, your should receive a reset link within the next 5 minutes

Unless specifically authorized to work overtime, your timesheet should never exceed 40 hours/week.
If you aren’t sure if you are allowed overtime, please ask your on-site supervisor!
