Disability (Re)Defined
Getting the Job Done
Working with Disabilities
As a working professional, you are worried about your disability holding you back.
Over the years, you’ve adapted to your invisible disability, and your colleagues and boss have never even realized that you had a disability.
Or perhaps you have a visible disability and you know the pain of people regarding you as less able.
Now you’re looking for work, and you’re concerned that people will treat you differently.
We believe
You are More than Your Disability
People with disabilities experience an unemployment rate that is double that of the national average. They’re often the first to be let go and last to get re-hired. That’s why we help them get jobs.
Whether you’re looking for your first job, next gig, or last hurrah, we believe in the capability of every human and partner with you to keep you working.
Job searching stinks, but you don’t have to do it alone! We can help by finding good fitting roles and working out accommodations if you need one. You don’t have to struggle–at Peak Performers, we recognize that you are more than your disability. In fact, over 75% of our workforce has a disability.

-
Job seekers with disabilities are given "priority"
-
Priority job seekers are given first consideration of jobs as they become available
-
Once you are hired, you will be asked to send us proof of your disability; this can simply be a doctor's note
-
Your information is kept confidential and not discussed with the client
-
If you need an accommodation, we will work with you and the client to arrange this
Disability Takes Many Forms
Many individuals don’t think of themselves as “disabled,” and yet they meet the criteria set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
“A Disability is an impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities, a record of such an impairment, or being regarded as having such an impairment.”
A disability may affect you physically, mentally, or emotionally.
It’s estimated by the Bureau of Labor Statistics that 1/4 of adults have a disability. Sometimes it’s visible, often it’s not. Either way, we’re there to help you get to work.
